Things move at the speed of trust

It’s not impossible to run a business alone but doing it with others makes it much easier.

Being a solo entrepreneur has disadvantages, as does partnering with others.

Trust is the biggest challenge faced by business partners. It’s difficult to make progress in business if team members are suspicious of one another.

If you can’t trust your business partner when she’s alone, and she can’t trust you when you’re alone, then it will be difficult for your business to move forward.

When things are done as a group, they move at the speed of trust.

That’s why establishing trust with your team members must be the first thing you do before undertaking any major project.
